We currently accept the following secure payment methods for all orders within the United Arab Emirates and internationally:

• Corporate Invoicing: Available for bulk orders and ISO-certified partners (Please contact our Dubai office for bank transfer details).

2. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Technology

To protect your personal and financial information, The Manawan Shop uses 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. This is the industry standard for online transactions, ensuring that your card details are encrypted before being transmitted over the internet. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

3. Payment Processing & Verification

Authorization: Your card will be charged at the time the order is placed.

Fraud Prevention: To protect our customers, all orders are subject to a manual fraud check by our Dubai-based administrative team. We reserve the right to request additional verification for high-value executive orders.

Currency: All transactions are processed in UAE Dirhams (AED). For international orders, your bank may apply a conversion fee based on the current exchange rate.

The Manawan Shop is committed to PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliance. Our Shopify-powered infrastructure is audited regularly to ensure that we maintain a secure environment for processing, storing, and transmitting credit card information.

5. Sales Tax and VAT

In accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on Value Added Tax, a 5% VAT is applicable to all orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates. This amount will be clearly calculated and displayed at the final checkout stage.
